SELECTED WORK
Redesign case study of a local transit system
SLO Transit is the public transit system for the city of San Luis Obispo, which provides daily fixed-route transit services within the city limits and to the university, Cal Poly SLO.
I worked with 5 other designers to redesign the SLO Transit mobile application to improve the rider experience and to incorporate new features that both first-time riders and frequent riders would find useful.
Reducing food waste with UX
Food waste is a serious issue in the U.S., especially from restaurants that get rid of surplus food at the end of the day when they could’ve made a profit from it. On the other hand, college students lack affordable food options that are convenient to access.
Ample aims to reduce food waste by connecting college students with local restaurants and allowing them to purchase excess food at a reduced value.
Start-up Branding and Web Design
The client is a senior project start-up that has developed an innovative product in the form of an alcohol-sensing patch.
To effectively communicate the DrinkWise mission and enhance its brand image, we focused on logo redesign, branding, packaging design, and redesigning the landing page of the website.
Leveraging UX to reduce stress associated with trip planning.
What inspired this project was my love for travel. I considered how currently, there are no travel planning apps that allow a traveler to plan a trip when they aren’t sure where they want to go. I decided to design a travel app that helps a user find their optimal destination without any stress.
